Homemade Granola

Homemade granola

Hi friends! Today I am posting a very simple recipe but delicious, healthy, and satisfying. My kids love this homemade granola with yoghurt, and they are asking every day to take it in their lunch box, as treat. It is so easy to make granola at home you will never buy from store again. Instead of seeds sometimes I use dry fruits, for a sweeter version.

Ingredients:

  • 650 g Oats
  • 100 g sesame seeds
  • 100 g chia seeds
  • 150 g coconut flacks
  • 170 g mix of nuts
  • 100 g sunflower seeds
  • 70 g flax seeds
  • 75 g butter
  • 150 g honey
  • 70 g brown sugar
  • 75 g peanut butter

Methods:

  • In a bowl add all the dry ingredients and mix until well combined
  • Roast in the oven foe 15 minutes at 180 Celsius. Make sure to mix occasionally for

an even roasting of the ingredients.

  • In a pot add all the wet ingredients, the butter, honey, brown sugar and the peanut

butter and warm over medium heat until the butter and sugar all melted.

  • Pour the sauce over the roasted dry ingredients, mix until they are well coated in the

sauce.

  • Roast for 20 minutes at 180 Celsius.
  • Let the granola cool down and store in jars at room temperature.
  • Serve with milk, yogurt, acai bowl or smoothies.
  • ENJOY!

 Time: 45 minutes
