Ingredients:
- 80 g flax seeds
- 80 g sesam seeds
- 80 g pumpkin seeds
- 100 g sunflower seeds
- 80 g chia seeds
- 120 g oat meal
- 90 g wheat flour
- 350 ml water
- 20 ml sunflower oil
- Salt
Methods:
- Start by adding all your dry ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined.
- Add the wet ingredients with are water and oil.
- With the help of a spoon mix until a dough is formed then let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes .
- Take portion of the dough and roll it between 2 sheets of baking paper with the thickness of 0.3-0.5 mm.
- Bake at 180 Celsius with the option Fan on for 20-25 minutes.
