These crunchy treats combine the rich flavors of flax, sesame, pumpkin, sunflower seeds and chia seeds lending a harmonious blend of nuttiness and earthiness to each bite.It’s a  wholesome on-the-go snack , perfect for kids lunch box or as appetisers served with smoked fish, cold cuts or your favourite cheese.

Ingredients:

  • 80 g flax seeds
  • 80 g sesam seeds
  • 80 g pumpkin seeds
  • 100 g sunflower seeds
  • 80 g chia seeds
  • 120 g oat meal
  • 90 g wheat flour
  • 350 ml water
  • 20 ml sunflower oil
  • Salt

Methods:

  • Start by adding all your dry ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined.
  • Add the wet ingredients with are water and oil.
  • With the help of a spoon mix until a dough is formed then let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes .
  • Take portion of the dough and roll it between 2 sheets of baking paper with the thickness of 0.3-0.5 mm.
  • Bake at 180 Celsius with the option Fan on for 20-25 minutes.
  • Enjoy!

Serves : 48 pieces

Time : 1 hour and 30 minutes.
