Chicken and vegetables skewers

          Chicken skewers with vegetables are a delectable and balanced dish that combines succulent pieces of marinated chicken with colourful and fresh vegetables.

          Paired with bell peppers, onions, zucchini, and mushrooms, the skewers offer a delightful contrast of flavours and textures.The vegetables caramelize and take on a smoky char, while the chicken remains moist and flavourful.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Zucchini
  • 2 small red onions
  • 2 bell peppers
  • Mushrooms
  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 3 cloves og garlic
  • Fresh oregano
  • Coriander powder
  • Smoked paprika
  • Sun flower oil
  • Homemde cili sauce
  • Homemade pesto

Methods:

  • Start by cutting the vegetables and the chicken breast in medium chunks.
  • In a bowl made a marinade, mixing all the condiments with the garlic, fresh oregano and oil.
  • The next step in our recipe is to alternate the chicken breast with the vegetables. Fill about 3/4 of the skewers living empty space at both ends to be able to turn them on the grill.
  • With the help of a brush smear the marinade over the chicken and vegetables skewers.
  • Grill them on medium to high heat until the meat is done.
  • Serve them with homemade chili sauce and pesto.
  • Enjoy!
