Ingredients:
- 1 Onion
- 2 Carrots
- 2 Stalks of celery
- 5 to 6 Brussel sprouts
- 200 g Bacon
- 150 g green beans
- 200 g cooked Butter beans
- 5 L Chicken or vegetable broth
- 3 Stalks of kale
- 200 ml Cream
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- Juice of 1 Lemmon
- Dill
Procedure:
- Start the recipe by chopping the onion, carrots, celery and the bacon.
- Heat oil in a pot and sauté the vegetables then add the bacon and brown all the ingredient for the flavors to develop.
- Cut the green beans in to pieces long of 2-2.5 cm and add it to the pot together with the cooked butter beans.
- Add the chicken or vegetable broth, season with salt and pepper and let everything simmer for 10 minutes, then add the chopped kale.
- Add the cream to the pot and let it bring to a boil.
- At the end, take the pot off the heat and add the chopped dill, the minced garlic and the lemon juice.
- With the help of a serving spoon stir everything and serve warm with a crusty bread.
