Baked camembert, charcutier board.

Valentine’s day is getting closer so an idea for a perfect dinner for two is this baked camembert charcutier. The combination of cured meat, soft and gooey cheese, fresh fruits, nuts, and the sweet jam is offered a tasting experience that combines savoury and sweet elements in an artful and inviting manner.

Ingredients:

  • Camembert cheese
  • Serrano ham
  • Apricot jam
  • Salted almonds
  • Grapes
  • Olives
  • Salted crackers

Procedure:

  • Start scoring the camembert cheese, drizzle honey and fresh lemon thyme then bake in the oven at 165 Celsius for 10 to 15 minutes .
  • Place the baked camembert on a cutting board along with your toppings, the Serrano ham, apricot jam, salted almonds, grapes, olives and the crackers.
  • Enjoy with a glass of good wine.

Servings: 2 servings

Time: 30 minutes
