The combination of cured meat, soft and gooey cheese, fresh fruits, nuts, and the sweet jam is offered a tasting experience that combines savoury and sweet elements in an artful and inviting manner.
Ingredients:
- Camembert cheese
- Serrano ham
- Apricot jam
- Salted almonds
- Grapes
- Olives
- Salted crackers
Procedure:
- Start scoring the camembert cheese, drizzle honey and fresh lemon thyme then bake in the oven at 165 Celsius for 10 to 15 minutes .
- Place the baked camembert on a cutting board along with your toppings, the Serrano ham, apricot jam, salted almonds, grapes, olives and the crackers.
- Enjoy with a glass of good wine.
